Rotational Moulding is a three-stage, non pressurised, plastic moulding process. It is an economical manufacturing method used for producing various sized seamless lightweight stress free one piece hollow polyethylene products.

Rotational Moulding differs from other processing methods in that the heating, melting, casting and cooling stages all occur after the polymer is placed in the mould with no external pressure applied during forming. The rotational moulding process offers tremendous flexibility in both design and production.

This unique process makes it possible to design very large hollow items in virtually any shape, size, colour or configuration.

A "double-wall" construction creates a lightweight piece with good structural integrity. Rotational moulding is economical for short production runs and prototypes as well as high volume production. Features such as undercuts, cores, moulded in metal inserts and handholds can be included enabling almost complete design freedom.

4. Computer Simulations
We model all our designs with state-of-the-art computer software. Our design experts insure that the design is both functional and practical with regards to the manufacturing process.

5.Tooling Services
Superior tank staff provide turnkey, economical tooling services for both cast aluminium and stainless steel constructions. Your design can be fabricated by our experienced industry leading team of mould-fabricators.

6. Production - Manufacturing - Quality Assurance
We will produce your item design utilising the latest technology in production equipment. Our equipment allows us to control variables from resin quality to product finishing and testing. We additionally offer secondary finishing operations to complete your product. Superior Tanks also provide full "Quality Assurance" services to meet your specific audit
